Location: Bangalore

Role Overview

At Superset, the Sales Office role is a hands-on, execution-focused position that ensures the sales team operates smoothly on a day-to-day basis. You'll work closely with the sales team, managing processes, tools, and data while bringing structure and efficiency to how sales functions.While the role is primarily operations-driven and execution-heavy, you will also contribute to sales analytics and reporting, helping the team make better decisions through data. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to be deeply involved in how sales works behind the scenes-without being in a direct selling role.

 Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the sales team on day-to-day coordination and execution
  • Ensure data hygiene and quality control across all sales systems
  • Run sanity checks on sales data, documents, and conversations
  • Prepare quarterly projection reports and maintain business performance dashboards
  • Build and support basic sales prediction/forecasting models
  • Manage the sales tools lifecycle-from setup to maintenance and reporting
  • Support ongoing sales processes and workflows to improve efficiency and consistency

Requirements | You'll be a great addition to our team if:

  • 0–2 years of experience in Sales Ops / Operations / Data-driven roles
  • Educational background in Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, or Mathematics
  • Strong comfort with Excel / Google Sheets (SQL is a plus)
  • High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and execution
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work closely with cross-functional teams
  • Basic understanding of sales processes and CRM tools is a plus
  • Strong ownership mindset in a fast-paced environment

Good to have

  • Exposure to CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms
  • Experience with dashboarding tools (Metabase, Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
