About the Role

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Sales Officers and Sales Representatives with strong FMCG and Confectionery sales experience. The ideal candidate must have handled retail distribution, market expansion, and secondary/primary sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure product availability in the assigned territory.
• Expand market reach by onboarding new retailers, distributors, and stockists.
• Build strong relationships with trade partners, retailers, and distributors.
• Ensure proper visibility, placement, and merchandising of products.
• Track competitor activity and market insights to support business decisions.
• Manage daily reporting, route planning, and market visits.
• Coordinate with the internal sales team for order processing and dispatch follow-ups.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 1-2 years of FMCG sales experience, preferably in confectionery products.
• Strong knowledge of distributor handling and retail sales operations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation & interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Two-wheeler preferred.
