Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Office position located in Dharapuram. The role involves managing sales operations, building customer relationships, and achieving predetermined sales targets. Key responsibilities include supporting back-office operations, coordinating sales activities, communicating with clients to understand their financial needs, and delivering excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction and retention. The Sales Office staff will also collaborate with teams to ensure the smooth execution of sales processes and continuous improvement in service delivery.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs
- Experience in Back Office Operations and the ability to manage documentation, processes, and records efficiently
- Sales and Sales Management expertise to drive revenue growth and meet business objectives
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- High level of professionalism, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
- Prior experience in a sales or customer support role is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
