THE ROLE:

We are looking for a Sales MIS Executive to build and maintain the sales reporting, data discipline, dashboards, and tracking systems required to support our FMCG sales business. This role is not an accounting role and does not require a CA or MBA. We are looking for a sharp, disciplined operator who can work with sales data, clean it, structure it, question it, and convert it into useful reports for better business decisions. The person should be comfortable working with sales teams, admin teams, finance, and marketing to ensure that the right data is available, accurate, and reported on time.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR

  • 4–6 years of experience in FMCG, distribution, retail, sales operations, or sales MIS
  • Sharp with numbers

  • Comfortable chasing missing information
  • Able to work with imperfect systems
  • Practical and execution-oriented
  • Curious about sales performance
  • Able to convert raw data into useful reports
  • Comfortable working with both office teams and field sales teams

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepare and maintain regular sales MIS reports.
  • Create repeatable dashboard formats that help management quickly understand sales performance.
  • Ensure that sales data is complete, clean, and usable.
  • The role is expected to improve the quality of sales data over time.
  • Tracking Sales Performance.
  • The person should not only prepare reports, but also notice patterns and raise questions when numbers move unexpectedly.
  • Support Sales and Marketing teams by tracking the performance of trade schemes and outlet-level initiatives.
  • The MIS Executive will need to actively coordinate with different teams to get the right information on time. This role requires follow-up discipline and ownership. The person should not wait passively for data.
  • Support Management Reviews.
  • The person should help convert raw sales data into decision-ready information.
