Flexmoney was instrumental in creating and establishing the Cardless EMI payment
category enabling lenders to offer a fully-digital transacting EMI instrument to their users
without the need for a credit card. Our market-leading Online Digital EMI platform powers
affordability for over 68,000 online merchants (including direct integration with
marquee merchants Flipkart, Amazon and MakeMyTrip) across categories such as
travel, insurance, home, fashion, sports, electronics, mobiles, health and wellness
amongst others. We offer the largest supply of pre-approved digital EMI credit lines
(64M+) helping drive best-in-class digital affordability coverage and conversion for our
merchants and brand customers.
To power the next phase of Flexmoney's growth we have expanded our platform capabilities dramatically. In addition to our market-leading Online Digital EMI platform, InstaCredTM 360, Flexmoney's NEW omni-channel Affordability Suite now enables sales associate-assisted affordability journeys across all channels - in-store, via tele-callers and also for face-to-face agent sales. The InstaCredTM 360 Affordability Suite will enable Flexmoney to deliver omni-channel affordability solutions to merchants for finance-led segments such as Edtech, Travel, Home, Insurance, Mobiles, Home, Health & Wellness etc
What will you do
• Analyse business and transaction data and responsible for providing data driven insights that
helps key stakeholders deliver higher value and enhance revenue.
• Build Annual Business Operating Plan and monthly Forecasts.
• Monthly Actual Vs Plan/Forecast analysis and reporting.
• Ability to recommend countermeasures to any risk areas.
Key Skills:
• Create Dashboards and Reports to help the Business team and key stakeholders with decision
making.
• Responsible for analytics on both sides of the business i.e. Lender & Merchant networks
• Collaborate with the Internal Stakeholders- Lender and Merchant team and provide insights
based on transactions and build the Business Plan, monthly forecasting.
• Participate in Merchant calls if required along with Business teams to make an independent
judgement of the business potential.
• Interact with Key Merchants for forecasting the future business opportunity and trends.
• Campaign Investment & Analytics: Analyse Campaigns across different channels and customer
segments and build models for approving marketing investments.
• Analyse User Behaviour & Transaction data and recommend actions to improve Conversion
and Monetization
• Create dashboards for key external stakeholders
• Help build a framework for Conversion Optimization Best Practice based on data insights.
