Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities in corporate interiors and managed office spaces.
Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, consultants, architects, and project management firms.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to understand business requirements.
Prepare proposals, commercial offers, and negotiate contracts.
Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams for solution development.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project closure.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Maintain accurate sales records and reports in CRM systems.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business.
Required Skills
Strong B2B sales and business development skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Good understanding of corporate interior fit-out projects and managed office solutions.
Ability to build long-term client relationships.
Commercial awareness and proposal management skills.
