Phutari is a Jaipur-based fashion and lifestyle brand known for its distinctive designs, handcrafted prints and comfort-first clothing.

We're looking for a Sales & Merchandiser to manage product performance, inventory and sales planning.

What you'll do

• Track product-wise sales and identify bestsellers
• Plan inventory and stock requirements
• Coordinate with production and operations teams
• Analyse sales trends and customer demand
• Plan product launches and replenishments
• Monitor slow-moving and fast-moving products
• Maintain product and inventory reports
• Support sales growth across website and other channels

What we're looking for

• 1–3 years of experience in fashion merchandising / sales
• Fashion or D2C experience preferred
• Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills
• Good understanding of product, inventory and sales
• Organised, proactive and detail-oriented
• Strong communication and coordination skills
