Job Description

This role will be responsible for assisting our General Manager - Global Sales,

  • Servicing our international sales reps / customers.
  • Coordinate with the factory & retail merchandising team.
  • Review documentation generated by shipping department & ensure timely shipments.
  • Generate new sales leads / prospects and after-sales processes.

Department: International Global Sales / Export

Location: Maspar house-HO (Mohan Cooperative Estate, Delhi)

Reports To: GM-Global Brand Sales

Salary Package: 8 Lakhs per annum (Compensation can vary according to the skill set of the candidate)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive International Sales Back-End to support our global sales operations. This role focuses on sales coordination, documentation, logistics support, and after-sales service to ensure seamless business transactions with international clients & Team.

Key Responsibilities:

· Coordinate with international clients, regional managers, and internal departments to support the complete Business Development & sales cycle.

· Prepare and manage export documentation such as Quotation Sheet, Proforma Invoices, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin, and LC documentation etc.

· Track and update shipment status and communicate proactively with clients regarding delivery schedules.

· Maintain and update sales records, customer databases, and reports.

· Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently.

· Assist in order processing, from quotation to dispatch, ensuring accuracy and compliance with international trade regulations.

· Coordinate with the finance team for payment follow-up, invoice reconciliation, and LC compliance.

· Support the sales team with product catalogs, presentations, and samples as needed.

Key Requirements:

  • MBA / bachelor's degree in business, International Trade, Commerce, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in international sales support, or backend operations.
  • Knowledge of Incoterms, international shipping practices, and export regulations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, proficiency in Excel, and CRM tools, Should have experience of working in ERP Software's.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages French / Spanish are a plus)
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
