Understand client pain points and position Metaagrow FM as a practical operational solution.
Conduct impactful software presentations, demonstrations, and client meetings.
Develop sales pipelines, track leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
Create compelling sales pitches, presentations, and communication strategies.
Drive social media marketing initiatives including reels, short clips, campaigns, and digital engagement to create brand visibility and generate leads.
Study competitor platforms and effectively position Metaagrow FM's advantages in the market.
Assist clients during onboarding and implementation processes.
Build long-term relationships with decision-makers and industry stakeholders.
Work closely with your team leader to develop growth strategies and market expansion plans.
Bring ideas, ownership, and execution capability to the table every single day.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience in the Facility Management industry is mandatory.
Prior experience selling or marketing SaaS / FM software solutions.
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
Confident speaker and relationship builder.
Strong understanding of operational pain points within the FM industry.
Social media savvy with experience in creating business-focused reels, clips, and promotional content.
Self-driven, energetic, target-oriented, and highly professional.
Ability to understand SaaS technology and simplify it for clients.
A walk the talk personality with high accountability and ownership.
Strong common sense, practical thinking, and problem-solving mindset.
