Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Sales & Marketing professional with a focus on lead generation within the herbal industry. Responsibilities include sourcing and developing leads, building strong customer relationships, conducting sales presentations, delivering product training to clients, and effectively managing sales pipelines. You will also be expected to provide exceptional customer service, assist in addressing client inquiries, and deliver customized solutions tailored to customer needs.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build rapport with clients and address their needs effectively
  • Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets
  • Experience in Training clients and delivering presentations to diverse audiences
  • Ability to independently manage relationships and escalate issues when necessary
  • Familiarity with the herbal or nutraceutical industry is a bonus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office applications
