Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales & Marketing Officer role based in Jaipur. The Sales & Marketing Officer will identify prospective clients, conduct market outreach, and promote the company's unified communication, security, and energy solutions to businesses across the region. Daily responsibilities include managing sales pipelines, preparing and delivering product presentations, coordinating demonstrations, and following up on leads to close opportunities. The role also involves planning and executing marketing activities, supporting social media campaigns, and collaborating with internal teams to refine messaging and sales strategies. The Sales & Marketing Officer will maintain regular communication with customers, provide after-sales support, and contribute to achieving revenue and growth targets.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Market Research and Marketing skills to analyze trends, identify opportunities, and support campaign planning.
  • Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to engage clients, present solutions clearly, and build long-term relationships.
  • Candidates should possess Social Media Marketing skills to assist in promoting offerings and increasing brand visibility.
  • Candidates should possess solid Sales skills to manage pipelines, negotiate terms, and achieve sales targets.
  • Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field are beneficial.
  • Experience in B2B sales, technology solutions, or telecom and security products is an advantage.
  • Comfort with on-site client visits in and around Jaipur and a valid means of local travel are helpful.
