Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur for a Sales Marketing Officer. The individual will be responsible for conducting market research, developing marketing strategies, managing social media campaigns, and building strong relationships with clients. Additionally, they will drive sales efforts, ensuring targets are met, while collaborating with internal teams to align marketing and sales activities.
Qualifications
- Market Research and Marketing skills to analyze customer needs and develop effective strategies
- Strong Communication skills to effectively engage with clients and internal team.
- Sales expertise, including lead generation, nurturing client relationships, and achieving targets
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, as well as independently manage tasks
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to achieving business objectives
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in banking or financial services is an added advantage
