Sales Marketing Manager

Role Description The Sales Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi, responsible for driving business growth and brand visibility for TriKraft Studio. The Sales Marketing Manager will identify new business opportunities, prepare and present proposals, coordinate client meetings, and follow up on leads to convert them. Daily tasks include overseeing social media and digital presence, collaborating with the design team to create marketing materials and portfolios, and analyzing market trends and competitor activities. The role also entails maintaining a well-organized sales pipeline, tracking performance metrics, and providing regular reports and insights to leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in real estate, or related industries.
• Strong skills in client relationship management, lead generation, and business development.
• Experience with digital marketing tools, social media management, and basic content creation for promotional materials.
• Ability to develop and implement marketing strategies, plan campaigns, and analyze performance data.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with a professional, client-focused approach.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; an understanding of design or architecture is an advantage.
• Comfortable working on-site, collaborating closely with design and leadership teams, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in common office software (e.g., MS Office, spreadsheets, presentations); familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
