Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead and grow our PEB sales operations. The role involves driving business development, managing key client relationships, and leading a sales team to achieve revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, deep knowledge of the PEB/construction industry, and a proven ability to build high performing sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Business Development:

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve organizational revenue and growth targets.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in construction, infrastructure, industrial, and commercial sectors.

Drive market expansion and penetration for PEB solutions.

Team Leadership & Management:

Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and target achievement.

Assign sales targets, monitor individual and team performance, and conduct regular reviews.

Provide training, and motivation to the sales team.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, consultants, and channel partners.

Act as an escalation point for major client concerns and ensure timely resolution.

Drive long-term partnerships and repeat business.

Market Research & Competitive Analysis:

Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.

Provide strategic inputs to management for pricing and market positioning.

Proposal, Negotiation & Closure:

Oversee preparation of proposals, quotations, and contracts.

Lead negotiations and ensure timely closure of deals.

Ensure smooth handover of confirmed projects to internal teams.

Cross-Functional Coordination:

Coordinate with design, engineering, estimation, and project teams.

Ensure client requirements are clearly communicated and executed.

Sales Reporting & Performance Tracking:

Monitor sales pipeline, forecasting, and CRM data.

Prepare MIS reports and sales performance reviews for management.

Brand Representation:

Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events.
