Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Surat, where the Sales Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth. Responsibilities include managing sales activities, fostering client relationships, conducting market analysis, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve revenue goals. This role allows flexibility to work both remotely and on-site, combining strategic planning with hands-on execution to expand Sunwind's reach and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sales and Business Development to drive revenue and expand market share
- Experience in Marketing Strategy Development, Digital Marketing, and Campaign Management
- Strong Analytical, Market Research, and Forecasting Abilities
- Proficiency in Communication, Presentation, and Negotiation
- Ability to Work in a Hybrid Environment, with flexibility to work both remotely and on-site
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Experience in the renewable energy sector is a strong advantage
- Proficiency in CRM tools and marketing analytics platforms is a plus
