Sales & Marketing Manager | School ERP Software

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Manager – School ERP Software to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in School ERP sales, school prospecting, lead generation, client acquisition, and online marketing.

• Identify and approach potential schools and educational institutions.
• Generate qualified leads and develop new business opportunities.
• Present and demonstrate School ERP solutions to school management and decision-makers.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and meetings to negotiation and closure.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with school clients.
• Plan and execute online/offline marketing activities for lead generation.
• Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
• Maintain regular follow-ups and update the sales pipeline.

• Experience: 1–4 years in School ERP Sales.
• Strong knowledge of school prospecting, lead generation and online marketing.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to independently manage assigned territories and achieve sales targets.
• Willingness to travel and meet schools as required.
