Client Management & Negotiations:
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Market Monitoring & Reporting:
- Monitor local real estate market trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and ethical standards.
Key Responsibilities Marketing Manager:
Marketing Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans for new and ongoing real estate projects.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.
- Define marketing budgets, timelines, and KPIs.
Campaign & Brand Management:
- Plan and manage digital and offline campaigns (Google Ads, SEO/SEM, social media, print, outdoor).
- Collaborate with agencies, vendors, and internal teams for events, product launches, and promotions.
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels.
Lead Generation & CRM:
- Design and implement lead generation strategies to support the sales pipeline.
- Track and manage leads through CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and ensure timely follow-ups.
Event & On-ground Promotions:
- Organize property launches, open houses, exhibitions, and customer engagement events.
- Coordinate with real estate agents and channel partners for joint marketing initiatives.
