Key Responsibilities Sales Manager / Sales Head:

Sales Strategy & Leadership:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
  • Lead, motivate, and guide the sales team to meet and exceed performance goals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential clients.

Client Management & Negotiations:

  • Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Handle client negotiations and close high-value deals effectively.

Market Monitoring & Reporting:

  • Monitor local real estate market trends and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities Marketing Manager:

Marketing Strategy & Planning:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans for new and ongoing real estate projects.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.
  • Define marketing budgets, timelines, and KPIs.

Campaign & Brand Management:

  • Plan and manage digital and offline campaigns (Google Ads, SEO/SEM, social media, print, outdoor).
  • Collaborate with agencies, vendors, and internal teams for events, product launches, and promotions.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels.

Lead Generation & CRM:

  • Design and implement lead generation strategies to support the sales pipeline.
  • Track and manage leads through CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and ensure timely follow-ups.

Event & On-ground Promotions:

  • Organize property launches, open houses, exhibitions, and customer engagement events.
  • Coordinate with real estate agents and channel partners for joint marketing initiatives.
