Role Description

We are seeking a Sales Marketing Manager for a full-time, on-site role located in Kolhapur. The Sales Marketing Manager will manage daily sales operations, formulate and implement marketing strategies, identify new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth. They will also establish strong relationships with clients, conduct market research, and analyze competitor activities to position RIPL effectively within the market. Collaboration with internal teams to drive customer satisfaction and meet business objectives will also be key responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum Experience of 5 years in marketing of fabrication sector
• Technical Knowledge about Fabrication
• Proven skills in Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Relationship Management
• Experience in Market Research, Competitive Analysis, and Marketing Strategy Development
• Strong skills in Customer Engagement, Account Management, and Negotiation
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
• Team management and leadership capabilities
• Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion skills
• Ability to travel locally as required
• Prior experience in industries such as metal fabrication, petrochemicals, or manufacturing is advantageous
