PNT Robotics & Automation Solutions LLP is a fast-growing company specializing in robotics training, automation solutions, and educational programs. We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to help expand our reach and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Manage the complete sales cycle: lead generation → pitching → follow-ups → deal closure
- Work on timely conversion of leads into business opportunities
- Generate leads through calls, field visits, and digital platforms
- Build relationships with colleges, institutions, and clients
- Plan and execute strategies to maximize conversions and revenue
- Lead and guide sales interns/juniors, ensuring team productivity
- Monitor team performance and support them in achieving targets
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales/marketing (target-based role)
- Proven ability to close deals and meet targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage and motivate a small sales team
- Comfortable with field work and follow-ups
- Experience in education, training, or tech industry is a plus
- Basic understanding of CRM tools is an advantage
