Ctc- Upto 7.2 Lpa (Depends On interview)
Working Days- 6 days
Job Responsibilities:
- Visit clients on a daily basis to present products, understand requirements, and convert potential leads into sales.
- Handle project sales and business development activities for lighting and electrical panel projects. Identify and develop new business opportunities by building relationships with architects ,builders, consultants, and contractors.
- Work on existing databases to generate new leads and maintain client follow-ups.
- Prepare and share sales quotations, proposals, and presentations as per client requirements. 6. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
- Conduct site visits and coordinate with internal teams for technical and pricing support.
- Represent the company in client meetings, trade shows, and exhibitions.
- Gather market intelligence, including competitor activities, pricing, and product trends.
- Maintain CRM reports, lead trackers, and follow-up data to ensure smooth communication and progress tracking.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for branding activities, digital campaigns, and promotional strategies.
- Provide regular feedback to management and participate in weekly review meetings.
- Ensure excellent customer service and after-sales support to strengthen client relationships.
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in the lighting or electrical industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation (sales pitch) skills.
- Should be self-driven and result-oriented.
