Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Sales Marketing Manager to join our team on-site at our Jaipur location. In this role, you will develop and execute marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and brand visibility. You will identify sales opportunities, manage client relationships, collaborate with internal teams to create marketing campaigns, and analyze market trends to stay ahead of the competition. Additionally, you will oversee the performance of the sales team and create actionable strategies to improve outcomes and meet organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in sales, lead generation, and account management
- Expertise in Digital Marketing, including content marketing, social media campaigns, and email marketing strategies
- Proficiency in Marketing Strategy, Brand Management, and Market Analysis
- Effective communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, set objectives, and achieve sales targets
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the freelance or digital platform industry
