We work with homeowners, architects, and interior designers to deliver spaces that are engineered to last.

Role Description

We are looking for a driven and well-connected Sales & Marketing Manager to join our team full-time, based in Bhuj/Gandhidham with regular travel across Gujarat.

This is a field-first role. You will be the face of MODULANE in front of architects, interior designers, and new home buyers — building relationships that convert into long-term project pipelines.

What You'll Do

  • Visit architects and interior designers in Gandhidham, Bhuj, and surrounding areas on a daily basis
  • Identify and visit newly under-construction residential projects to connect with owners and decision-makers at the right stage
  • Travel to Ahmedabad, Surat, and Vadodara once a month to meet and develop relationships with designers and architects in those markets
  • Build and manage a structured pipeline of leads from across Gujarat
  • Represent MODULANE at every touchpoint — showroom visits, site meetings, design consultations
  • Work closely with the founder and internal design team to close projects

What We're Looking For

Must-have experience:

  • Prior field sales experience in the interiors industry — furniture, laminates, hardware, electrical fittings, tiles, or any building materials company
  • Existing relationships with architects and interior designers in Gandhidham or Ahmedabad is a strong advantage
  • Comfortable with daily field visits and relationship-led selling — this is not a desk job

Must-have languages:

  • Gujarati — fluent
  • Hindi — fluent
  • English — working proficiency

Personality fit:

  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently
  • Presentable and professional — you will be meeting premium clients and design professionals
  • Honest, reliable, and relationship-focused — we value long-term connections over short-term pressure selling

Location: Bhuj / Gandhidham, Gujarat (On-site + Field) Travel: Regular within Kutch, monthly to Ahmedabad / Surat / Vadodara Employment Type: Full-time

  • Serious candidates with interiors industry background will be given priority. Freshers will not be considered for this role.
