Role Description:
We are hiring a Sales & Marketing Manager to lead revenue growth, brand development, and market expansion. This role can be remote or hybrid from Bengaluru, with regular coordination with the manufacturing unit and periodic travel as required. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales strategy, managing channel partners, and executing marketing initiatives across regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue and volume targets.
- Identify and onboard new distributors, dealers, hospitals, and retail partners.
- Manage and motivate the sales team and channel partners across regions.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, product launches, trade promotions, and dealer meets.
- Strengthen brand visibility through offline and digital marketing initiatives.
- Conduct market research to track customer needs, pricing trends, and competitor activity.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- Prepare sales forecasts, marketing plans, and performance reports for management review.
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in sales strategy, marketing execution, and distribution management.
- Experience in optical, healthcare, FMCG, or manufacturing industries preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving and scaling sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage remote sales teams and multi-location partners.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
