We are urgently looking for a strategic and driven Sales & Marketing Manager – Healthcare to join our team in Pune!
Position Details
Role: Sales & Marketing Manager – Healthcare
Location: Pune (Pune-based candidates only)
Industry: Hospital / Healthcare
Experience Required: 7–12 Years (in Healthcare / Hospital Management)
Travel: Mandatory Pan-India Travel
Gender- Male Only
Joining: Immediate
Qualifications & Key Requirements
Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Biomedical Engineering (Preferred) | MBA / Post Graduation in Marketing, Hospital Management, or Business Administration is an added advantage.
Technical & Software:
-Technical understanding of biomedical equipment preferred; proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is mandatory.
-Core Competencies: Excellent negotiation and communication skills, strong leadership, hospital management insight, and a track record of driving sales targets.
-Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Growth:
Develop and execute sales & marketing strategies to grow hospital revenue, corporate tie-ups, institutional partnerships, and referral networks.
Business Development:
Identify key business opportunities across hospitals, diagnostic centers, and healthcare institutions across India.
Client & Stakeholder Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospital administrators, biomedical teams, and key decision-makers.
Operations & Reporting:
Conduct presentations and product demonstrations, manage sales forecasting and MIS reporting, and coordinate with internal clinical and operations teams.
Events & Outreach:
Represent the organization at healthcare conferences, trade exhibitions, and industry events nationwide.
