Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Vadodara, with flexibility to work from home as needed. The Sales Marketing Manager will oversee and implement marketing strategies, lead sales initiatives, and engage potential clients to promote company products and services. Day-to-day responsibilities include market analysis, developing tailored marketing campaigns, managing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, driving lead generation, collaborating with teams, and preparing reports on sales and marketing performance. The candidate will play a vital role in growing the company's brand presence and achieving sales objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation and client relationship management
- Expertise in marketing strategies, digital marketing, and content creation
- Analytical skills for market research and campaign performance evaluation
- Proficient in negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Self-motivated and result-oriented with a proactive approach to challenges
- Experience in the renewable energy sector or similar fields is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)

Salary
- Our offering is Rs 20,000 to 45,000/- + Incentives. Final salary will be decided by interview.
