Candidate Profile
- Strong understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels
- Should be an expert in either Digital Marketing or Direct Marketing
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Paid Ads
- Good understanding of SEO, SMO, and Email Marketing
- Expertise in PPC campaigns, Google Ads, and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong creative and innovative thinking abilities
- Proficiency in managing marketing budgets across digital and traditional campaigns
- Strong analytical skills to identify trends and optimize campaign performance
- Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies, and methodologies in digital production and design
Roles & Responsibilities / KRAs
- Oversee and manage marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms
- Design and implement effective marketing strategies including SEO, SMO, PPC, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Email Marketing
- Drive lead generation and business growth through data-driven campaigns
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels
- Coordinate with product, sales, and customer support teams to align strategies
- Manage and mentor the marketing team
- Conduct market research to assess product and service viability
- Monitor campaign performance, KPIs, and ROI
- Analyze results and provide actionable insights for optimization
- Collaborate with media agencies, advertising partners, and influencers
- Support the sales team with effective lead-generation strategies
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging marketing technologies
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Proven experience in Digital Marketing or Direct Marketing
- Strong expertise in LinkedIn Paid Ads, SEO, SMO, PPC, and Email Marketing
- Experience managing marketing campaigns end-to-end
- Strong project management and multitasking skills
- Metrics-driven mindset with creative problem-solving ability
- Leadership experience and ability to work closely with sales teams
