Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Marketing Manager at our Vadodara location. The Sales Marketing Manager will develop and implement strategic marketing plans, build and maintain relationships with clients, and oversee sales activities. Key responsibilities include generating leads, securing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and preparing marketing materials to support sales initiatives. The role will also focus on analyzing market trends to identify growth opportunities and ensure the company's products meet customer needs effectively.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
- Proficiency in Market Research, Sales Forecasting, and Strategic Planning
- Strong Communication, Interpersonal, and Client Relationship Skills
- Experience in Marketing Campaigns, Digital Marketing, and Branding
- Understanding of industrial or engineering products and markets is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Willingness to work on-site in Vadodara and collaborate with cross-functional teams
