We are committed to transforming how institutions and learners experience technology-enabled solutions. We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager to join our team in Kolkata and help us expand our footprint in the education and government domains.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Identify opportunities and build relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives in educational institutions and government bodies.
  • Prepare and deliver impactful pitch decks, presentations, and proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Create and maintain marketing and sales plans, tracking performance against objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the education/government technology sectors.
  • Manage and update client databases, reports, and dashboards using MS Word, Excel, and Google Sheets.
  • Represent Digineo Technology at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Be flexible to travel across regions for business development and client engagement.

Desired Candidate Profile
  • Graduate in any discipline (Business/Marketing preferred, but not mandatory).
  • 03 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
  • Strong communication skills in English, Bengali, and Hindi.
  • Ability to confidently engage with CXOs and senior-level executives.
  • Proficiency in preparing reports, presentations, and working with MS Office tools and Google Workspace.
  • Smart, self-driven, and eager to take on challenging roles.
  • Prior exposure to the government/education industry is an added advantage.
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel for work.
