We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our B2B and B2C growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will drive revenue, build strong client relationships, and execute impactful marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage B2B & B2C sales channels
• Acquire and retain corporate & individual clients
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns (digital & offline)
• Lead customer engagement and loyalty programs
• Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports

Qualifications:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing or Business Administration
• 5+ years of experience in Sales & Marketing (preferably service/FMCG sector)
• Strong communication, negotiation & leadership skills
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and CRM software
