Job description:
We are seeking an experienced Agency Sales Manager to drive corporate business for signage solutions and interior design projects, along with branding and creative services. The role focuses on acquiring corporate clients, managing key accounts, and converting high-value projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, approach, and onboard corporate clients for signage and interior design projects.
- Generate leads from corporates, retail chains, offices, commercial spaces, builders, and developers.
- Pitch solutions for outdoor & indoor signage, branding, way finding, office interiors, retail interiors, and fit-outs.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and requirement analysis.
- Coordinate with design, production, and execution teams for accurate costing and timelines.
- Prepare proposals, BOQs, presentations, and commercial negotiations.
- Close deals and ensure smooth handover to project teams.
- Build long-term relationships with facility managers, architects, builders, and procurement teams.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Maintain sales pipeline, CRM, and reporting.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in corporate sales for signage, interior design, or turnkey projects.
- Strong understanding of materials, branding applications, and interior execution workflows.
- Excellent negotiation and client-handling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong follow-up and closing capabilities.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
Preferred Qualification:
- Existing network of corporate clients, architects, builders, or facility managers.
- Knowledge of tendering and corporate procurement processes.
- Experience in advertising, branding, or design agencies.
