Role Description

We are seeking a full-time on-site Sales Marketing Manager to join our team at our Kochi location. The Sales Marketing Manager will develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company goals. Responsibilities include identifying market opportunities, managing customer relationships, planning and executing campaigns, overseeing digital marketing strategies, and leading a team to achieve sales targets. The role also involves collaborating with the marketing and design teams to understand customer needs and market trends, ensuring optimum product positioning and brand visibility.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Sales and Marketing, with a focus on strategic planning and lead generation
  • Skills in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, and Campaign Management
  • Strong negotiation, customer relationship management (CRM), and client onboarding skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and drive data-driven decisions
  • Experience in coaching, mentoring, or managing a team
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, CRM software, and MS Office
