We specialize in designing, manufacturing, assembling, and fabricating heavy steel structural items and parts such as Beams, Girders, Columns, Channels, and Angles. Our products are suitable for colossal structures and bridges for roads and railways RDSO and Western Railway focusing on Composite Web Girders, Open Web Girders, and FOB bridges. Additionally, Centrique specializes in PEB structures for building factory buildings and sheds.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Generator. The Lead Generator will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads with potential clients for sales orders, and maintaining relationships with existing clients. The role involves conducting market research, cold calling, and meeting sales targets in the heavy steel structural industry. Candidate will be responsible for understanding the RDSO standards and guidelines within steel fabrication industry. Moreover, it is preferred that he/she understand Steel material characteristics, manufacturing and welding processes involved, and most importantly, Centrique's capabilities of manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

• Understanding RDSO standards and guidelines.
• Ability to generate leads and market the brand.
• Participate in project site visits (if required) and gather necessary information about the project.
• Ability to be on the road for meetings with clients for constant customer feedback and follow-ups.

Qualifications

• Lead Generation, Sales, and Customer Relationship Management skills
• Market Research and Discovery and Cold Calling experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Knowledge of the heavy steel structural industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Civil Engineering.
• Digital marketing is a plus.
