We are looking for a results-driven Manager of Sales and Marketing to lead our efforts in driving revenue, building strategic partnerships, and managing the operations of the Organization. The ideal candidate will excel in crafting proposals, delivering impactful presentations, and navigating digital business models such as ad revenue and affiliate marketing. This role requires team leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to represent the company at events and client meetings. Candidate should be open to travel.
Job Role and Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Identify and onboard clients, partners, and advertisers
- Represent the company at events and meetings, delivering impactful presentations
Marketing and Digital Growth:
- Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital platforms to enhance brand visibility
- Draft compelling proposals and marketing materials aligned with business objectives
- Explore and optimize digital revenue streams, including ad revenue and subscriptions
Team and Operations Management:
- Manage a team of marketing and sales professionals to achieve targets
- Oversee daily operations and ensure seamless project execution
- Stay updated on industry trends and provide strategic insights for growth
Project Management:
- Manage projects within stipulated deadlines
- Manage projects with multiple stakeholders
- Hiring remote teams during specific projects
Qualifications:
- MBA in Marketing or a related field is preferred
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or business operations, with startup experience being a plus
- Strong skills in digital marketing, proposal drafting, and presentations
- Proven ability to manage teams and adapt to fast-paced environments
- Open to travel and representing the company at events and meetings
