Role Description Sales & Marketing Manager (Biomass / Renewable Energy)

This is a full-time, on-site role for the Odisha (Orissa) region, with the Marketing Office located at Sambalpur. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling the entire Odisha market, and the reporting location will be Sambalpur.
The Sales & Marketing Manager will develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans for the biomass and renewable energy sector. Responsibilities include market research, identifying new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, leading sales campaigns, and achieving regional sales targets. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams, monitoring market trends, and strengthening the company's presence across Odisha.

Qualifications & Experience

Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
Hands-on experience in the Biomass / Renewable Energy industry is mandatory/preferred
Strong understanding of Odisha market dynamics, especially power plants, industries, and fuel supply chains
Experience in Market Analysis, Marketing Strategy, and Digital Marketing
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Ability to lead and manage regional sales operations
Educational qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
