Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Marketing Internship based in the Pune Division. The intern will support the sales and marketing team by assisting with lead generation, client outreach, and follow-ups through phone, email, and in-person interactions. Daily tasks include preparing sales presentations, updating customer databases, tracking inquiries, and supporting promotional campaigns and events. The intern will help coordinate marketing materials, gather market and competitor information, and contribute to basic reports on campaign and sales performance. The role also involves learning from team training sessions, shadowing senior staff during client interactions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support overall business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Interest or foundational skills in Sales and Sales Management to support lead generation, follow-ups, and pipeline activities.
  • Willingness to participate in Training, accept feedback, and apply new knowledge quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of marketing concepts and comfort using digital tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, CRM or data-entry systems).
  • Ability to work on-site in the Pune Division, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude, curiosity about sales and marketing, and openness to learning in a structured yet dynamic setting.
