Role Description The Sales Marketing Internship at Autowelkin is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore. Interns will assist with day-to-day sales activities, including engaging with walk-in and phone customers, explaining product features, and supporting order processing. The role involves promoting used spare parts, helping implement basic marketing initiatives, and maintaining accurate records of leads and sales. Interns will collaborate with the sales team, participate in training on product knowledge and customer interaction, and support follow-ups to strengthen customer relationships. This position offers hands-on exposure to automotive sales operations and practical experience in customer-facing marketing activities.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with customers and team members.
• Customer Service abilities to handle inquiries, assist with product selection, and provide courteous, solution-oriented support.
• Sales skills to engage prospects, present product benefits, and support closing transactions effectively.
• Training and Sales Management interest or aptitude to learn structured sales processes and contribute to organized follow-up and reporting.
• Basic knowledge or enthusiasm for automobiles and vehicle spare parts; willingness to learn technical details.
• Ability to work on-site in Coimbatore, manage time efficiently, and collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications (e.g., email, spreadsheets) for recording customer and sales information.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in business, marketing, commerce, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
