Job Description

TrueAI Lab is building AI-powered business applications that help companies improve customer communication, follow-ups, meetings, workflows, and business operations.

We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Intern who is interested in learning B2B sales, marketing, lead generation, customer outreach, and AI/SaaS product selling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and identify potential business customers.
  • Create lead lists from LinkedIn, Google, business directories, company websites, and other sources.
  • Support outreach through email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and phone calls.
  • Follow up with prospects and update lead status regularly.
  • Help schedule product demos and introductory calls.
  • Assist in preparing sales messages, email templates, WhatsApp messages, and basic marketing content.
  • Support social media activities and simple digital marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain lead data, follow-up records, and daily activity reports.
  • Learn TrueAI Work products and explain them in simple business language.
  • Support sales and marketing campaigns for India, Canada, and USA markets.
  • Coordinate with the Chief Growth Office for sales campaigns, lead follow-ups, and customer communication.

Must-Have Qualifications
  • Any degree or pursuing degree: BBA, MBA, B.Com, Marketing, Business, Visual Communication, or related Marketing Field
  • Fresher or candidate with internship experience can apply.
  • Good communication skills in English.
  • Basic understanding or strong interest in sales, marketing, business development, or digital marketing.
  • Comfortable using LinkedIn, Google Search, email, WhatsApp, and spreadsheets.
  • Willing to learn AI products, SaaS, and business automation.
  • Must be located within commutable distance to Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
