Role Title Sales & Marketing Executive / Manager – Gift Card & Digital Distribution Business
Location India, preferably Mumbai / Delhi NCR / Bengaluru (Travel may be required for partner and client meetings.)
About the company : We are a digital gift card, e-voucher, loyalty and rewards solutions company working with brands, corporates, marketplaces, banks, fintechs, payment partners, distributors and B2C platforms. The company enables gift card issuance, processing, API distribution, redemption management and partner-led sales across multiple digital channels.
Role Objective : We are looking for a strong Sales & Marketing professional who can identify, onboard and manage B2B and B2C partners for the company's gift card and digital voucher business. The candidate should be capable of generating new business, building partner relationships, driving monthly sales targets, coordinating commercials, and supporting go-live execution with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Partner Acquisition
Identify and approach new B2B, B2C, corporate, fintech, marketplace, loyalty, reward and reseller partners.
Build a strong pipeline of prospective clients and distribution partners.
Pitch gift card, voucher, loyalty and API distribution solutions.
Convert qualified leads into active revenue-generating partners.
Sales Target & Revenue Ownership
Own monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Drive activation, redemption, bulk sales and recurring partner business.
Track partner-wise sales performance and identify growth opportunities.
Prepare sales projections, commitment plans and partner-wise business forecasts.
Client & Partner Relationship Management
Maintain regular communication with existing and new partners.
Coordinate with clients for requirements, commercials, agreements, approvals and launch timelines.
Ensure strong post-onboarding relationship management to scale business.
Handle partner queries and coordinate internally for quick resolution.
Commercial & Agreement Coordination
Support negotiation of margins, commercials, payment terms, settlement timelines and partner commitments.
Coordinate with internal teams for agreement execution, partner registration and documentation.
Ensure partner onboarding follows company process and compliance requirements.
Marketing & Campaign Support
Work with partners on promotional campaigns, category visibility and sales activation plans.
Support marketing communication, partner decks, launch announcements and sales collaterals.
Identify seasonal, festive and category-specific sales opportunities.
Coordinate with brands and partners for campaign approvals where required.
Internal Coordination
Work closely with operations, finance, technology and management teams for partner onboarding and go-live.
Track integration status, partner readiness, commercials, wallet setup and sales enablement.
Share regular updates on pipeline, closures, risks and expected revenue.
Required Skills
Strong sales, business development and partner management skills.
Good understanding of B2B sales, B2C distribution, corporate gifting, rewards, loyalty, fintech or digital commerce.
Ability to speak with senior stakeholders and close business discussions professionally.
Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage sales pipeline, follow-ups and monthly targets.
Basic understanding of APIs, digital vouchers, payment flows or gift card business will be an advantage.
Comfortable with Excel, PowerPoint, CRM or sales tracking formats.

Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should be target-driven, well-networked, commercially sharp and capable of independently managing partner discussions from lead generation to go-live. The person should be proactive, disciplined in follow-ups, and comfortable working in a fast-moving business environment.
