Role: Marketing & Sales Executive
The Marketing & Sales Executive is responsible for driving user growth, organizer conversions, and
event-related revenue by closing organizer packages, executing stalls, selling ads and fixtures.
Key Responsibilities
1. User & Tournament Growth
Drive at least 300 users per month through:
Ensure a total of 10 active tournaments per month are listed and promoted on the platform.
2. Organizer Sales & Activation
Convince organizer's to purchase the 2000 verified package
Ensure at least 12 registrations for verified tournament using caller support and data
Ensure at least 5 registrations for basic listing tournament using caller support and data
Onboard 15 active organizer's in Tamil Nadu for one sport, ensuring regular tournament hosting
Coordinate with callers, negotiate terms, and close organizer's.
3. Revenue Generation
Close at least 1 advertisement deal per month worth 5,000
Sell fixtures software (800) to at least 2 organizer's per month, If organizer achieves 100
registrations through platform with base of 3percent charges, offer fixtures free (as per policy)
Convince umpires to use Xthlete fixtures and live scoring software.
4. On-Ground Marketing
Plan and execute minimum 2 stalls per month at tournaments
Coordinate stall setup, promotions, and lead collection
Announce about xthlete sponsorships and features in all tournaments hosted with xthlete
support. Distribute gifts to the winners at the same time.
5. Internal Coordination
Work closely with:
Skills & Requirements:
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Comfortable with field work, calls, and follow-ups
Experience in sales, marketing, events, or sports ecosystem preferred
Basic understanding of Google Sheets and reporting
Tamil required, English preferred
