Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing sales opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and supporting marketing initiatives to promote the company's products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through various sales channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on sales enquiries.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and social media activities.
• Create marketing materials and coordinate with vendors when required.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Prepare sales and marketing reports for management review.
• Attend client meetings, networking events, and exhibitions as required.
• Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of sales and/or marketing experience preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with social media marketing and digital marketing is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
