Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Executive based in Kochi. The Sales and Marketing Executive will develop and execute market plans, support lead generation activities, and contribute to sales strategies that promote Sysdevcode's technology solutions. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, identifying potential clients or partners, preparing and delivering presentations, and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders. The role also involves coordinating marketing campaigns, tracking performance metrics, and collaborating with product and technical teams to align messaging with business goals. The ideal candidate will actively seek new business opportunities, represent the company at events or meetings, and support the overall growth strategy.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess skills in Market Planning and Market Research to analyze trends, identify opportunities, and support strategic decisions.
  • Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to present ideas clearly, engage stakeholders, and build lasting professional relationships.
  • Candidates should possess Sales skills to manage pipelines, convert leads, negotiate deals, and achieve revenue targets.
  • Candidates should possess Marketing skills to support campaign execution, brand positioning, and promotion of products and services.
  • Relevant experience in sales or marketing within technology, SaaS, or related industries is beneficial.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field is preferred (not mandate).
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, presentation software, and basic data analysis will be an advantage.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with strong problem-solving and time management capabilities.
