Having Knowledge about Delhi and NCR Electrical Contractors and EPC clients
Ensuring and Developing New Clients and maintaining existing clients and making them satisfied
throughout the process of Order to Collection.
Always ask them for True Feedback.
Servicing the Clients after receiving the Order till the time of Collection of payments.
Answering client queries about product specifications and uses.
Working with the sales team to develop targeted sales strategies.
Creating and presenting sales performance reports.
Give or Support the Clients about Company Products or Services
Acting as a point of Contact for complaints and resolving issues to the concern.
