Our platform simplifies and optimizes the acquisition of high-quality materials for construction projects. We are seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as Sales Executives.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities by visiting active construction sites, roadwork projects, and real estate developments in assigned territories.
  • Promote and sell construction materials such as stone aggregates, bricks, and AAC blocks.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with masons, builders, contractors, and other key industry professionals.
  • Educate potential clients about ServCrust's product portfolio, highlighting key value propositions.
  • Proactively generate and qualify sales leads through regular field visits.
  • Maintain an up-to-date database of industry contacts and track sales activities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned.

Education Qualification & Requirements

  • Candidates with any degree background are acceptable
  • 0 to 4 years of experience in B2C field sales (freshers with the right attitude and communication skills are welcome to apply).
  • For experienced candidates, experience in any building materials or construction industry is mandatory.
  • Must own and be able to operate a two-wheeler for daily field visits
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and networking skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in the field
