This role exists to convert market understanding into serious business conversations and convert those conversations into clean, closable, low-risk consulting deals. Marketing here is not creativity-first. Pre-sales here are not PPT-first. Thinking comes before action.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate relevant, right-fit leads through problem-led marketing
  • Qualify leads with strong business judgement
  • Conduct discovery calls and diagnose problems before pitching
  • Design clear consulting scope, timelines, and commercials
  • Create proposals that act as execution roadmaps
  • Support sales in pitch and closure logic
  • Ensure zero confusion during handover to operations

Skill Required:

  • Strong business understanding (not just marketing tools)
  • Ability to ask difficult, uncomfortable questions to clients
  • Logical thinking and problem structuring skills
  • Clear communication and confident presentation
  • Proposal writing and commercial clarity
  • Discipline with CRM, documentation, and follow-ups
  • Ownership mindset and decision-making maturity
