About the Role:
The role involves managing a business of Cyanoacrylate (Fevikwik bulk) category in given geography. The role holder is responsible for driving sales growth, demand generation, and strengthening market presence through structured initiatives for competition fighting.
Role - Sales & Field Marketing Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing & adopting large Cyano dealers to ensure sales of Fevikwik bulk packs.
- Driving competition fighting initiatives at the dealers.
- Ensuring demand generation at the linked users of the adopted dealer.
- Contact, connect & convert end-users in signage, PVC, flex, and handicraft segments via demos at workshops.
- Collect feedback and market insights for new applications.
- Drive dealer adoption and sales growth; ensure DRCP compliance.
- Execute branding initiatives and resolve product complaints.
- Submit MIS reports, expenses, and maintain compliance.
