Management Trainee Marketing (Fresher) / Sales & Marketing Executive
About the Role
We are looking for a smart, well-spoken, and enthusiastic fresher who is excited to build a strong career in Sales & Marketing. This role is perfect for someone who wants to learn fast, work across multiple marketing functions, and confidently interact with international clients in a B2B environment.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing
- Assist with day-to-day marketing activities including social media management (SMM), SEO coordination, and performance marketing support.
- Work with the digital team to ideate and execute campaigns for international B2B audiences.
- Support content creation: posts, emails, website updates, case studies, presentations, etc.
- Coordinate with agencies, freelancers, and internal teams for marketing deliverables.
Sales & Pre-Sales
- Handle pre-sales activities for international markets (USA, Europe, Middle East).
- Communicate professionally with prospects via email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and calls.
- Qualify leads, gather requirements, and schedule meetings for the senior team.
- Prepare and update CRM entries, proposals, and follow-up notes.
- Assist in building lead lists, prospect research, and outreach campaigns.

- Strong interest in marketing (SMM, SEO, performance marketing, branding)
- Comfortable speaking with international clients
- High energy, curiosity, and willingness to learn

- Detail-oriented with basic understanding of digital tools (LinkedIn, Excel, Google Workspace)
