About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Founding Marketing & Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in generating leads, onboarding service partners, building relationships, and driving sales performance within the local market.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, field sales, or business development
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage field activities
• Good understanding of the Lucknow market
• Comfortable with travel within the city
• Self-driven, energetic, and target-oriented

Preferred Background

• Experience in marketplace platforms, service provider onboarding, or B2B/B2C sales
• Experience with startups or tech-enabled platforms is a plus

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard service providers/business partners in the Lucknow region
• Conduct field visits to promote our platform and explain key benefits
• Generate leads and build a strong local network
• Manage and grow relationships with vendors and service partners
• Support marketing campaigns and local market activation
• Achieve monthly targets and contribute to business expansion
