We are looking for a motivated, confident, and results-driven Sales Manager who is passionate about renewable energy and willing to grow with us in the solar industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop business opportunities for rooftop solar energy systems and EV charging solutions across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
- Build and maintain relationships with property owners, developers, facility managers, MCST committees, and key stakeholders.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research.
- Prepare and deliver tailored proposals and presentations, providing technical and financial recommendations.
- Liaise with MCST committees, property managers, and building owners to assess project feasibility.
- Coordinate site visits, feasibility studies, and technical assessments with internal engineering teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project scopes, budgets, and implementation timelines.
- Ensure smooth project handovers from sales to project execution and monitor project progress.
- Stay updated on industry trends, government incentives, and sustainability initiatives related to solar energy and EV charging infrastructure.
- Monitor competitor activities, maintain sales pipelines, and prepare regular sales and performance reports for management.
