Sales & Marketing Executive (Formwork) Locations: Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Pune Qualification: B.Tech or Diploma in Civil / Mechanical Engineering Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on interview performance)

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive with experience or interest in the formwork/construction industry. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and driving sales growth in assigned regions.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction and infrastructure sector

Promote formwork solutions to contractors, builders, and developers

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients

Conduct site visits, client meetings, and product presentations

Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales deals

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery

Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback

Requirements

Technical qualifications must be required

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field

1–4 years of experience in sales/marketing (experience in construction/formwork is a plus)

Strong communication skills

Willingness to travel within the assigned city/region

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive approach
