Sales Marketing Executive

About the Role:

Fibrotech Mattress is looking for driven and enthusiastic freshers to join our Marketing & Sales team. This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to build a career in consumer sales, retail marketing, and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in executing on-ground sales and marketing activities

2. Support retail and distributor network expansion

3. Build and maintain relationships with dealers and customers

4. Conduct market visits to understand consumer behavior and competitor activity

5. Help plan and execute promotional campaigns and activations

6. Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth

7. Maintain reports on sales performance and market insights

What We're Looking For:

1. B.Com graduate (2023–2025 pass-outs preferred)

2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills

3. Interest in sales, marketing, and consumer brands

4. Willingness to travel locally for market visits

5. Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting

6. Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn
